SOMA HOUSE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and SOMA HOUSE.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by SOMA HOUSE and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer support, processing returns on our behalf, or resolving product-related claims.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and SOMA HOUSE.
